You are welcome to return anything that was purchased from Patagonia—both new and sale items. Although there is no set time limit, we ask that returns for fit or color be made in a timely manner and that items be kept in new condition with tags attached.
Are Patagonia returns free?
Visit our Returns page. You will need your order number and email to begin the online return process. We recommend using our $5.00 return shipping label which includes tracking and insurance. The cost will be deducted from your refund amount or merchandise credit.

These stores or brands sell gear, equipment, and clothing to professionals involved in outdoor recreation, government agencies, and more for 40-60% off retail prices through Outdoor Pro Deals.
Do Patagonia do free repairs?
How much does the repair cost? Our repairs service is free of charge. We ask that you pay a local postage rate to send your package to our regional hub. After this, all costs will be covered by Patagonia.
Can you return worn wear from Patagonia?
We are not able to accept Patagonia Provisions or Worn Wear returns on Patagonia.com.
Does Patagonia run small?
Patagonia sizing is mostly true to size. However some items – notably shorts and trousers – are cut larger than a usual size, so if in doubt consider going a size down. Helpfully, the label also adds a guide to how a garment is designed to fit, on a scale from form-fitting to relaxed.
How do Patagonia exchanges work?
Through our online exchange process, you’ll order the new size/color at no charge and get a free return shipping label. We reserve exchange orders for 14 days. If we don’t receive your return package within that time, your exchange order will be canceled.

Patagonia’s products come with a lifetime warranty. Clients who are not satisfied with their product can return it for: Repair. Replacement. Refund.
How long do Patagonia repairs take Reddit?
Clothing and Gear Repairs are currently taking up to 20 weeks to complete. Wader Repairs are currently taking about 10-12 weeks to complete.
